School Regulations

  • Parents are advised to bring along a letter of transfer when requesting for their child / ward admission.
  • Parents should pay their child’s school fee within the second week of each term.
  • All new intakes are required to pay their fees when obtaining the form.
  • Pupils are to be in school at 8:00am and closes at 2:00pm daily for the primary.
  • Pupils in the nursery are to be in school at 8:00am and closes at 1:00pm daily.
  • Pupils must wait for extra studies after school from Monday to Thursday(nursery starts at 1:00pm and ends at 2;00pm whilst pupils in primary start at 2;15 and closes at 3;30 pm).
  • All pupils are to put on black shoes and white socks and to be in the appropriate school uniform, no mufti is allowed. SLIPPERS, COLOURED SHOES AND SOCKS ARE NOT ALLOWED WHEN WEARING SWEATERS ONLY BLACK. GREEN OR BROWN COLOURS ARE ALLOWED.
  • Fashion rings, chains, necklaces, bracelet, fancy haircut, plating with attachment, fancy earring and cosmetics such as lipstick, makeup, perfume, bleaching of the skin are not allowed in the school.
  • All the boys in JIREH EDUCATION CENTER are to wear black belt only. No other colour is accepted. Pupils are to wear white vest (singlets) underneath their uniforms.
  • Parents are not allowed to insult or punish any child within the school premises.
  • Malice, insulting, fighting, bullying, stealing and other malpractices are not accepted within the school premises and out the school and will never be tolerated when the pupil is in JIREH EDUCATION CENTER uniform.
  • Lateness and absenteeism are not allowed.
  • Pupils are to contribute and participate in all school activities.
  • Pupils are not allowed to be in possession of Mobiles, cameras, I Pads, mp3 players, electronic device if any child violate such item will be seize till the end of the academic year.
  • Pupils are not to be with any sharp object in the school.
  • Parents must ensure to provide their child’s learning materials.
  • It is the responsibility of Parent /guardian to notify the school if they choose to transfer their child/ward.
  • Will full damage of any school properties must be refunded by the pupils that do the act.
  • Pupils are required to obtain at least fifty (50%) average in their academic performance which Will enable them for promotion.
  • Pupils are to obey respect and be friendly to their teachers and non-teaching staff.
    “Any pupil of Jireh Education Center who fails to comply with the school policy would be given two weeks suspension if persist an expulsion letter will be given.”
    ANY AMOUNT PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE
